I've always sucked at drawing elaborate armors and clothes, over the years I've improved on that, but this was one of my first successful examples.

This digital paining was also done for a Character of the Week challenge at conceptart.org sometime in 2010. I specifically went for a style that you might find on the front of a comic book with this project.
